Request for proposals for the appointment of four (4) suitable coal transportation service providers from the local host communities of Phola, Ogies, Kendal , Wilge, Venters Farm and other communities within 30 kilometer radius of the Vlakfontein mine to transport coal from Vlakfontein Mine to Eskom Power stations from contract award to end of April 2024.

You are hereby invited to submit proposals for the Appointment of a panel of Services Provider (s) with Coal Beneficiation plants for beneficiation of the No.2 Coal Seam at tonnages of between 50 000 and 70 000 per month over a period of 24 Months from date of contract award.

You are hereby invited to submit proposal(s) for the appointment of a service provider to advise on the appropriate mining method of old underground oil bunkers by opencast method including the handling and treatment of the residue crude oil at Vlakfontein Mine over a period of Ninety ( 90) days.

For provision of Mine Planning Services, to develop short term and medium-term planning services at Vlakfontein mine for the duration of 9 (nine) months.

The AEMFC hereby requests a proposal for a Fuel Management System. The solution should be able to fully facilitate the electronic distribution of diesel fuel from bowsers at the mine. The solution should also be able to ease the logistics of compiling the reports and improve overall fuel management processes within the AEMFC.

You are hereby invited to submit proposal(s) for appointment of a panel of Coal Analysis Laboratory Services companies for Vlakfontein Mine, Klippoortjie and T-Project Mine Projects for a period of 36 months from date of contract award, on an adhoc basis.

You are hereby invited to submit proposal(s) for the appointment of a service provider to Review the Klippoortjie Mine project Feasibility Study and Update the financial model for the mine project over a period of Ninety ( 90) days.
